Is it true that the Mobile Legends error can’t rank this morning (18 November 2020)?

There are lots of reports and complaints that SPIN Esports received via DM Instagram regarding the Mobile Legends error problem this morning (18 November 2020).

Where this error makes us Mobile Legends players not able to play even one ranked game, even entering the ranked mode cannot.

When the ranked mode is pressed, it immediately says “Your Current Network is Very Bad and blah blah blah”, as you can see below!

Even though our network at that time was fine and there were no problems at all.

System Error / Cheat?

Regarding this, SPIN Esports immediately found out the truth of this on the internet and after we searched for a long time we finally knew the answer.

The network error problem in ranked mode this morning is system bug issues from Moonton, it’s not a network cheat or the like.

But this afternoon the problem has been confirmed by Moonton and we can play rank again freely in Mobile Legends.

There has been no official statement from Moonton regarding this matter but usually if there is a system error from them, there will definitely be a free gift given by Moonton just like when there was a problem with the MMR Hero Error system yesterday.
