Damage: 20/65/100/135 decreased to 20/55/90/125
The total AD ratio: 1.2 decreased to 1.1
Mana: 25/30/35/40 becomes 30/35/40/45

Essence Flux (2)

Mana Recovery: 60 plus ability price to 60/70/80/90

Manamune / Muramana

Ezreal core items are also nerfed in this update

Mana to AD: 2 percent to 1.5 percent

Other Changes

Riot is adjusting the in-game leaderboard in this update. The leaderboard will now more accurately reflect the percentiles for the top ranked players.

Several “adjustments” have also been made to matchmaking. Although exact details about this have not been revealed, Riot said that it aims to decrease the matchmaking time and “improve the overall game quality.”

It wouldn’t be surprising if Riot launched an emergency patch like this. Earlier this week, the designer of the Wild Rift update at Riot Games, Alex “Wav4Break” Huang, revealed that the developer will use the same strategy as League on PC when it comes to balancing changes.

Metrics such as champion win rate and pick / tire rate will be used to decide changes.
