Alice vs. Giant Monster in the Latest Trailer for Resident Evil: The Final Chapter

A new trailer of the latest movie Resident Evil franchise which has subtitles The Final Chapter was finally released by Screen Gems at the recent 2016 New York Comic-Con. Unlike the previous trailer which was accompanied by blaring rock music, this time they presented a “standard” trailer where the hero Alice (Mila Jovovich) is told to try to stop all disasters on this earth by returning to the hometown of this tragedy, Raccoon City. Alice must face various obstacles and enemies that stand in her way including a giant flying monster.

About Resident Evil: The Final Chapter

This film will tell the story after the events in Resident Evil: Retribution, Alice must return to Raccoon City, where the Umbrella Corporation plans to attack the human survivors. Alice will team up with old friends and fight new mutant monsters. Their adventure is more complicated because it is filled with intrigue and interference from the Umbrella Corporation.

Planned as the final installment of the Resident Evil franchise, this film project stars Mila Jovovich as Alice, Ali Larter (“Heroes,” Resident Evil: Afterlife) as Claire Redfield, Iain Glen (“Game of Thrones,” Resident Evil: Extinction) as Dr. Alexander Isaacs, Shawn Roberts (Edge of Darkness Resident Evil: Afterlife) as Albert Wesker, Ruby Rose (“Orange Is the New Black”) as Abigail, Eoin Macken (“The Night Shift”) as Doc, William Levy as Christian, Fraser James (“Law” & Orders: UK”) as Michael, and Japanese artist and model Rola as Cobalt. Resident Evil: The Final Chapter directed by Paul WS Anderson (The Three Musketeers). Screen Gems will release the film in January 2017.
