Girls' Frontline 2 Finally Sets Schedule for First Closed Beta
Thanks to the consistent support provided by the MICA Team developer, until now Girls’ Frontline has proven to be still able to compete as the most popular anime-style RPG game on mobile. Various new projects have even been prepared to further popularize the name of the series in various parts of the world. Apart from the anime adaptation, another interesting new project is the sequel to the game, Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium.
After a long development period, now preparations to release the game have begun to reach the peak phase which is marked by the sharing of a myriad of new details. If earlier this month MICA Team had shared a new set of gameplay demo videos, recently they confirmed about the First Closed Beta opening schedule which falls on the 29th of June.

This Closed Beta will be open to mobile and PC platforms, with access restricted to a select few. It can be predicted that the access is still only for China or Japan, with the English version localization which unfortunately has not been confirmed.
Different from the previous series, Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium brings an overhaul of 3D graphics that is much more stunning. The gameplay presents the same perspective as a strategy game like XCOM, but with a touch of the distinctive elements of Girls’ Frontline itself.
As for the original game, Girls’ Frontline is a strategy RPG made by the developer MICA Team. The game, which was first released in 2016, immediately gained a huge fan base until the game was released globally. The uniqueness of the game lies in the representation of the weapon that is made into a human form called T-Doll, which is strengthened by the ability of each weapon. In addition, the strategy gameplay offered is also very evocative with various types of typical military missions for players to complete.
