Here are 15 Dota 2 Heroes With the Best Level 25 Talent in Ligagame Version (Part 3)

The 7.00 update that Valve gave to the Dota 2 game gave a lot of changes to the gameplay. The most visible thing is the talent system that can change the course of the game and also the role of a Hero.

Before the 7.00 patch was given, players were only aiming to reach level 16 where they could maximize their ultimate skill and then for the next levels the Hero only got an additional +2 status.

Now that the talent system is given, every player is competing to maximize their Hero’s level to be able to get the last talent which usually has a significant effect on the Hero.

Therefore we try to describe some of the Heroes that we think have the best level 25 talent:

11. Lina
+35/3% Fiery Soul Per Stack or -4s Dragon Slave Cooldown

If you use talent +35/3% Fiery Souls Per Stack then it is certain that Lina will become a machine gun when attacking her enemies. Lina is now used as a hitter because of the skill, so watch out for Lina who has already reached level 25!!

12. Pugna
+200 Nether Blast Damage or +50% Life Drain Heal

By taking talent +50% Life Drain Heal, Pugna became a very extraordinary medical Hero. Pugna can heal a friend’s HP up to 450 HP per second!! Even though Pugna’s HP is not large, using Aghanim Scepter makes his Life Drain skill not have a cooldown so he can restore his blood by sucking enemy heroes or creeps. Then by using the Aether Lens item and +150 Cast Range talent, the Life Drain skill distance becomes 1150 which makes it quite safe when fighting.

13. Venomancer
3x Plague Ward HP/Damage or +14% Poison Sting Slow

With talent 3x Plague Ward HP/Damage will make the Plague Wards of Venomancer have a HP of 1350 with an attack of 121 which makes them quite difficult to kill especially when they are in large numbers. For talent 14% Poison Sting Slow coupled with slow from Venomous Gale, will reduce enemy speed by 65% and of course they will not be able to escape from you.

14. Spirit Breaker
+500 Charge OF Darkness Speed OR +17% Greater Bash Chance

If you take +500 Charge OF Darkness Speed then you will be able to charge the enemy at a speed of 1250 which makes you look like an unstoppable train. However, the talent that we think is the most suitable is +17% Greater Bash Chance which gives you a 34% bash chance every time you attack the enemy. Then use the Echo Saber item and it is certain that your enemies will often be bounced off by your attacks!!

15. Weaver
+200 Shukuchi Movement Speed or +35% Magic Damage Resistance

Talent +200 Shukuchi Movement Speed will make Weavet very difficult to catch and make it an excellent Hit and Run Hero to annoy enemy support. Then talent +35% Magic Damage Resistance makes Weaver have a total of 51.25% Magic Resistance which makes Weaver quite tough against magic which is one of his weaknesses because of his thin blood.
