LOL Update Patch 11.15, There's Akshan Sentinels a la Bollywood!
Riot Games announced that the 11.15 patch update is coming soon for League of Legends. Besides introducing the newest champion akshan, This update will also apply a number of adjustments (nerf & buff) to some champions and a new collection of accessories.
Patch 11.15 League of Legends will be released on 23 July 2021 (3am PT or 5am GMT). will affect several champions including: Sylas, Viego, and Aurelion Sol. This patch will also feature Aksha’s debut as a new champion.
Some items will be adjusted to balance the meta. In addition to the gameplay changes, there are many Sentinel and Ruination skins that will be added as part of the Sentinel of Light event. So, more Sentinels and Skins will be added as part of the Sentinel of Lights event!

Here’s the upcoming update to League of Legends patch 11.15.
New Champion: Akshan
Akshan is a new playable champion. This Bollywood character relies on hooks and whips. He is the only champion in the game with death-defying mechanics. If a comrade hero dies, the assassin is marked as a “rogue” and Akshan gets buffed against the marked enemy player. If Akshan manages to kill the marked enemy, then the friend who was killed earlier can come back to life. Wow! In addition to the standard appearance, Akshan also has a special Cyber Pop-themed cosmetic skin available in the in-game Store.

Armor 37 to 40.
Q damage 70-270 (+100% ability power) to 90-290 (+120% ability power).
Caitlyn
Q attack damage ratio 130-170% to 130-190%.
Cassiopeia
E damage 10-90 to 20-100.
Dr Mundo
Changes delayed.
Gwen
E attack speed 40-80% to 20-80%.
Ireland
W attack damage ratio 50% to 40%.
Physical DR 40-80 to 40-70%.
Magic DR 20-40% to 20-35%.
Kayle
Magic resistance 30 to 26.
Kennen
Q damage 75-235 (+75% ability power) to 85-265 (+80% ability power).
Mordekaiser
W cooldown 14-10 to 12-8, damage stored 35% to 45%.
Nidalee
Base health 545 to 570.
Health per level 85 to 95.
Rail
W cooldown 13 to 11.
Rumble
Passive heat decay and overheating checking more consistent.
shivana
Q cooldown 9-5 to 7-5.
Ability power ratio 25/15% to 25/25%.

Q damage 60-280 (+80% ability power) to 70-290 (+90% ability power).
W healing 30-150 (+45% ability power) to 25-125 (+40% ability power).
