Moonton Partners with SCOGA to Optimize M2 World Championship

MOONTON announces public and private partners supporting the M2 World Championship (M2). This partnership aims to improve the experience and accessibility for fans. In collaboration with the Cybersports and Online Gaming Association (SCOGA) Singapore, supported by the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) and the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA). The Bang Bang Mobile Legends world championship which will be held in Singapore from 18 to 24 January 2021.

The support from these partners will bring M2 to 400 million viewers from around the world in multiple languages, from cinemas and the heart of Singapore, in accordance with health and safety protocols. There will also be a panel discussion hosted by Member of Parliament Melvin Yong speaking with Singapore professional player Stefan Chong about careers, skills and trends in the esports industry. Samsung is the official sponsor of Indonesian streaming, while Nimo TV is the official broadcaster for the same stream.

SMART is the presentation partner for Tagalog broadcasts, while Telenor is the presentation partner for streaming in Myanmar. Cathay Cineplexes, Mediacorp, Secretlab, Singtel, SUTL and Tumi are partners for English-language streaming to be broadcast to a global audience. Singaporeans can watch M2 in action online at meWATCH, while those eager to watch the action outside the comfort of their home can do so at Cathay Cineplexes.

In addition to holding discussions on the latest esports industry trends and career prospects, SCOGA will also work closely with various partners to unite communities through esports, in accordance with safe management measures, in various parts of the heart of Singapore from Kent Ridge to Pasir Ris from 18 to January 24.
