Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Gets Mobile Game for 2021
The mobile game adaptation of the light novel series “Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation” by Rifujin na Mogonote was announced for 2021 on live stream on October 10. This game is called “Mushoku Tensei: Game ni Nattemo Honki Dasu,” or “Jobless Reincarnation: I’m serious even if it becomes a game-” Apart from this game, an anime series was also announced and will premiere in January 2021.
This “Mushoku Tensei” game is a mobile RPG with various mechanics that can be found in these games. Talk to companions, take care of equipment, fight using a turn-based system. All this in the world of Mushoku Tensei itself which will be the main attraction of this game.
The story of Mushoku Tensei centers on the main character Rudeus Greyrat, a 34-year-old otaku who doesn’t have a job. He is reborn into the body of a baby in the world of sword and magic Mushoku Tensei, making this light novel and game an isekai story.
For the anime adaptation, Daisuke Namikawa will voice Ruijerd Superdia. Previously he has voiced Mystogan from Fairy Tail, Hisoka from Hunter x Hunter, Eustass Kid from One Piece, Dr. Genus of One Punch Man, and many more. Mushoku Tensei will be animated by Studio Bind who previously animated several episodes in Karakuri Circus. Mushoku Tensei will be their first project as animation lead. In addition, Manau Okamoto, the director of “Gamers!”, will direct the series.
