Team Liquid Absent at BEAT Invitational Tournament
Team Liquid will definitely not participate in the Northern Arena BEAT Invitational tournament, it is said that they will make a roster change due to their absence from the $100,000 tournament.
Allegedly one of the roster is Kanishka Sam ‘BuLba’ Sosale who will be replaced by Team Liquid, the indication is getting stronger because yesterday they fielded their reserve players in the Elimination Mode series match against the Kaipi team. After changing the roster after TI6, the team fronted by Amer “Miracle-” al-Barqawi and former Team Secret support player Kanishka “BuLba” Sosa had difficulty finding their best game.
Not long ago they were only third in the regional qualifying round for the Boston Major after losing to Ad Finem and Virtus.pro, a result which saw them miss out on a Valve-sponsored tournament for the first time since they missed the Frankfurt Major in the fall of 2015.
There are still six days left to appoint the team that will replace Team Liquid, it looks like the Greek team that is currently “On Fire” namely Ad Finem is the strongest candidate. The best achievement of Ad Finem is qualifying for the Boston Major tournament thanks to his impressive wins over Team Secret and Team Liquid. For your information, the Northern Arena BEAT Invitational will take place November 10-13 in Montreal, Canada.
