Fortnite Will Return to iOS, But…..There Are Conditions – Apple will bring Fortnite back to the App Store. But there are buts. Here are the details!

A few months ago players were shocked by Apple suddenly removing the Fortnite game from the App Store. The removal of Fortnite was done because Apple said that Fortnite had violated the rules in the App Store.

There are also rules that are violated by Epic Games, namely in the form of an in-game purchase and payment system. Epic Games said that the terms and conditions imposed by Apple were too oppressive for game developers. Apple is known to apply a fee of 30% against every sale of apps in the App Store and in-game purchases.

Fortnite Back to iOS

A recent report claims that Fortnite will return to iOS and be playable on all iOS devices starting later this year. According to a BBC report, Fortnite will be available via Nvidia’s GeForce Now cloud service. Because Fortnite is not available on the App Store, but players can access it via Safari. Players who subscribe to GeForce Now will be able to open the Safari browser on iOS and access their account and play any game they have access to.

Since Fortnite is available on this GeForce Now service, that means the game Fortnite will technically be making its way back to iOS devices again.

Why only now? For those of you who don’t know, the Nvidia GeForce Now cloud service is a new cloud service. This service is now the only way that Fortnite players on iOS can take advantage of it.

But unfortunately this method also has a weakness which means that players have to use the Nvidia GeForce Now cloud service which of course is a paid service. So that Fortnite players who want their games to be accessible back to iOS devices, must subscribe to Nvidia’s paid cloud.
