LINE Will Hold LINE Developer Day 2021, FREE! – LINE Corporation will be hosting its own technology conference again: LINE DEVELOPER DAY 2021. Here are the details!

Since 2021, LINE DEVELOPER DAY has become a place for LINE to gather developers and showcase various projects. In addition, there are different challenges in each technical area of LINE’s various services.

Reflecting on last year’s LINE DEVELOPER DAY, the conference was a mix of various technology-focused sessions with the theme “Engineering”. Last year’s event also offered a practical perspective for product development themed “Production” with topics such as web service technology, UI/UX, and product management.

Furthermore, visitors can participate directly in hands-on sessions such as trying out coding using LINE’s OSS, API, and other technologies. They can also visit various booths and interesting poster sessions that can be used to find out more about LINE’s services. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, LINE DEVELOPER DAY will provide all sessions in just three days.

This event will begin with a keynote speech from LINE’s CTO Euvin Park who will present the company’s strategy and vision. As well as explaining technology initiatives as a response to changes in the social environment around LINE. Various presentations and panel discussions will also feature a similar theme. The event will focus on the knowledge and challenges found in areas such as AI, data, financial technology, infrastructure, server-side, and front-end technology. On the other hand, around 30 guest speakers from Japan and other countries will make presentations and moderate a number of panel discussions. Making the LINE DEVELOPER DAY 2021 conference the largest in history as it features over 150 different streaming content.
