miHoYo Will Release 7 Genshin Impact Regions Until 2025
Through the GDC 2021 conference, miHoYo announced that they will release 7 regions in Genshin Impact until 2025. That means, players will find new regions every year.
Furthermore, the developer also provided some additional information about Genshin Impact. Curious what it is? Let’s see the article from Gamedaim News below.
4 Regions Left in Genshin Impact
Currently, there are three regions that miHoYo has released. The three regions are Mondstadt, Liyue, and Inazuma. Especially for Sumeru, Fontaine, Natlan, and Snezhnaya, miHoYo did not reveal details about the region. Furthermore, miHoYo himself said that they had worked on the initial stages of these four regions.
In the conference, they also said that there are difficulties in developing each region, especially regarding the uniqueness of each place. So, it’s no wonder why they only completed the initial stages.
Until now, the developer from China did not explain specifically about the timeline of these four new regions. That means, there is no certainty about which region will be released next year considering that they have just presented Inazuma, one of the regions that Travelers have been waiting for.
miHoYo Support GI for the Next 10 Years?
You need to know, miHoYo will release updates every six weeks. That means, there are about 42 days for each released version. Interestingly, miHoYo has been preparing their plans for 5 years. However, the developer apparently changed it to 10 years considering the huge profits they got.
However, miHoYo’s plan for Genshin Impact is actually quite interesting. Because they have to produce content that will sustain this game for a long time. If this information is true, fans will get a lot of new content over the course of 10 years.
