Nintendo Announces New Pokemon Series - Pokemon Sword & Pokemon Shield!
A late 2021 release for the Switch.
In the Nintendo Direct event earlier, Nintendo and Game Freak finally announced the latest Pokemon RPG series, this time titled Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield. In the event that aired for 7 minutes, both of them gave a little information about this 8th generation Pokemon.
One of them is a trio of starter Pokemon or Pokemon that can be used at the beginning of the game: a Grass type Pokemon called Grookey, a Fire type Pokemon called Scorbunny, and a Water type Pokemon called Sobble. The region or region that will become a place for new adventures is called the Galar Region. A fictional location set in England.
Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield are scheduled to be released for Nintendo Switch at the end of 2021.
