Team Empire Prepares Resolution1on If Chappie Can't Attend The International 7

Team Empire player Vladmir “Chappie” Kuzmenko may not be able to take part in The International 7 on time because his passport is still stuck at the Embassy.

Visa problems are often an obstacle for Dota 2 players to be able to compete abroad. This has happened repeatedly every time The International event is held every year and has happened to several pro players which has caused them not to be able to compete in the E-Sports competition with the biggest prize in history.

But this time Team Empire had to deal with another matter. Their entire team managed to get a visa to be able to compete in Seattle, United States. But for Chappie, his passport is still stuck at the Embassy and seeing that tomorrow the group stage matches have started, Team Empire has taken steps to prevent the worst case scenario.

If Chappie manages to get his passport tomorrow, Team Empire will compete with full force, but if it turns out that his passport has not been returned then Chappie will have to be replaced by Roman “Resolut1on” Fomynok until Chappie can be present in Seattle, United States.

Resolut1on was part of Team Empire until early 2016, then he moved to the Digital Chaos team. While still active in Team Empire, he managed to win various minor tournament events such as StarLadder StarSeries Season 11. But Resolut1on felt the sweetness of achievement when they were in the Digital Chaos team when they managed to reach second place at TI 6 and become champions at ESL One Genting 2017.

Hopefully Chappie can attend The International 7 event and join his colleagues in Team Empire.
