eFootball Will Turn Master League into Paid DLC

Some time ago Konami officially announced eFootball. The game will officially become a “game as service” and can be played for free and will replace the Pro Evolution Soccer game that we all know. However, of course many fans do not like the decision of the game. The reason, they are worried because there is no mode that is very popular, namely the Master League.

Recently, Konami announced that it will continue to provide Master League mode in the future. However, the master league mode will unfortunately be a DLC and paid in addition to the game that can be played for free. Of course, many fans are disappointed that the two-year wait turned out to be only for a drastic overhaul to a game that focuses on online only.

eFootball is built using the Unreal Engine with fantastic graphics quality. The producer – Seitaro Kimura said that the development of eFootball has been done for years to provide the best experience when playing a football game. Not only that, they even work with famous soccer players to provide a realistic playing experience.

eFootball has a feature called Motion Matching, where this feature allows the game to have more realistic animations or movements of players, balls, and other objects in the game. Because eFootball has become a free game aka “game as service” of course there will be various microtransactions later in it.

eFootball will be released around Fall or Autumn 2021 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and also PC. As a matter of seriousness, Konami has also shown their roadmap for various features, events and the latest updates that they will release over the next year.
