Just Released, Dynasty Warriors Mobile Is In fact Flooded with Criticism from Players

Despite the franchise’s declining position after Dynasty Warriors 9, Koei Tecmo and Omega Force are still trying hard to develop games with quality that can answer fans’ expectations. While waiting for the latest series, which is still unknown when it will arrive, they have prepared another Dynasty Warriors game project specifically for mobile.

Titled Shin Dynasty Warriors, the game, which entered the pre-registration stage last February, is finally available on Android and iOS (still only for the Japanese region). Although it had received high enthusiasm from many fans, unfortunately this game ended up getting a more negative response than predicted. From a User Review review on Google Play Store and App Store In Japan, the Shin Dynasty Warriors game only got an average rating of 2.5.

When looking at reviews from users who have played the game, most of the criticisms point to various technical issues that interfere with the playing experience. Some of these problems include gameplay controls that are too rigid and unresponsive, poor AI quality, and strange limitations such as how players can continue the game portion only by killing a predetermined number of enemies.

Of course, many problems like this are quite common for a game that has just been released. However, if the developer later is unable to improve the game to match the expectations of players, then the chances of this game getting a global release will certainly be smaller.
