Alchemy Stars Introduced, New Anime-Style RPG Mobile Game from Tencent

The name Tencent Games is now widely known throughout the world as a large Chinese company that continues to strengthen its position in the gaming industry. Although they don’t usually become game publishers outside of China, especially for the latest game titled Alchemy Stars they take a different approach. This RPG mobile game, which was announced a few months ago, was also developed with a relatively new developer team, namely TourDogStudio.

As if not wanting to make fans wait any longer while taking advantage of the momentum of the still high enthusiasm, Tencent together with the Alchemy Stars development team plan to open a Closed Beta stage in the near future for the Japanese region. This announcement was accompanied by the release of a new gameplay trailer which you can see below:

The good news is Tencent plans to release Alchemy Stars simultaneously in all regions. That means this game will not be exclusive to China or Japan only, but also Southeast Asia, America and Europe will also get the game immediately when it is officially released later. This certainly shows that Tencent is serious about becoming a global publisher and no longer only relies on help from other companies such as Garena and Epic Games.
