Anime Style Mobile RPG 'SoulWorker Academy' Will Be Released Soon

If you are a gamer who is quite active in following the development of the MMORPG genre, then the name SoulWorker must be familiar. This MMORPG series, which is distinctive with its anime-style style, is a game that has brought quite a bit of hype since its debut in 2016. Taking advantage of the increasingly widespread popularity of the franchise, YJM Games, a publisher from South Korea, has prepared another new project for this IP.

The project is none other than a new mobile RPG game called SoulWorker Academy. Utilizing the gameplay base of the original game, SoulWorker Academy also incorporates additional life-simulation elements. So in this game you will be playing as a school student who can interact and carry out activities within the academy.

To further introduce the concept, YJM Games happened to have released a new gameplay trailer which you can see below.

Iconic characters from the original SoulWorker series are also confirmed to be returning in this latest game. Some of them are Haru Estia, Lily Bloommerchen, Stella Unibell and Iris Yuma. Each character is also equipped with their own mainstay weapons and unique skills.

SoulWorker Academy is scheduled to be released on Android and iOS this January. But unfortunately YJM Games will only release the game in South Korea. The possibility of a global release is quite high considering that the original SoulWorker series is now available globally. Not to mention the added community base which is quite crowded in various areas.
