Blizzard Ready to Hold a BlizzConline Event That Can Be Watched Free For All Fans!

The cancellation of the BlizzCon 2020 event due to the COVID-19 pandemic is indeed something that is very unfortunate, but Blizzard still wants to unite the community by taking other alternatives. As a solution, they have prepared a BlizzConline event which will be presented via online streaming. The event itself will be held from February 19 to 20, and the good news is that all fans can watch it for free at BlizzCon.com.

As a new alternative, BlizzConline is a presentation event that brings together the entire online community of Blizzard fans around the world. During the two-day event across six different channels, Blizzard will share the latest information and announcements from their current project. There is also a Community Showcase that showcases the talents of the cosplayers and artists who enliven the event.

BlizzConline has a special impression because this is an event that marks Blizzard’s 30th anniversary. J. Allen Brack who is the president of Blizzard Entertainment also expressed his joy in organizing this event. He hopes that BlizzCon can provide a new window for fans to interact from home.

The first day of BlizzConline will open with a presentation and update of Blizzard’s latest game project. Then three and four hours later, fans can follow six channels with discussions of specific games to choose from. The second day will also be filled with different sessions from six channels and will last until the event is over. On this second day, Blizzard will also answer fan questions through a Q&A session, as well as announcing the winners of the Community Showcase event.

If any fans miss the event, they can still watch the broadcast for free in the BlizzConline video archive. In addition, there is currently a special in-game goodies offer for Blizzard’s 30th anniversary celebration. You can see more details of each offer and its content HERE.
