Danganronpa Decadence Will Bring New Trilogy and Spin-Off Game Bundles!

How many of you know Danganronpa? One of Spike Chunsoft’s flagship franchises, until now, it is still included in the ranks of visual novel and detective games with a very active community base, including in the western region, which until now are still expecting new game projects. Still part of the 10-year anniversary celebrations, Spike Chunsoft at Nintendo Direct last night announced the latest release in a special edition bundle entitled Danganronpa Decadence.

This game offers a bundle of remastered versions of Danganronpa 1, 2, V3 and a new spin-off game entitled Danganronpa S: Ultimate Summer Camp. The new spin-off game itself is packaged in the form of a board game that adds many new scenes and interactions between each character. Overall this is the most complete edition with added fanservice to satisfy old fans too.

Danganronpa Decadence unfortunately does not bring one more game in the series, namely Danganronpa: Ultra Despair Girl. Maybe because the format that was made as a third person game instead of a visual novel was an obstacle for them to include it in a bundle. This also has not been calculated from the game size limit which can be very bloated, for example, like Danganronpa V3 which on the PlayStation 4 platform alone has a size exceeding 20 GB.

In addition, this game will also be marketed in a Collector’s Edition version which offers extra goodies. Some of the content offered includes a physical version of Danganronpa Decadence, a special 10th anniversary poster, OST remix, 3 print sets, and a box collector with a unique design. For the time being, unfortunately, they have not opened access to pre-orders or provided information about price benchmarks.
