Fighting Demon Slayer Game Showcases Tanjiro's Cool Action with Hinokami Kagura's Technique!
If last week players were presented with the cool action of Kyojuro Rengoku which has been confirmed to be included in the game roster Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Hinokami Keppuutan, now it’s the turn of the user of a similar breathing technique to be added, which is none other than Tanjiro Kamado. Actually, we have been presented with the gameplay of his water-breathing version, but this particular time the game also prepares a different version of the character using the Hinokami Kagura technique.
The moveset and fighting style shown in the new trailer is completely different from the water breathing technique. Tanjiro’s fighting style feels more aggressive and fast, not to mention that he can also use the ultimate Clear Blue Sky move with animations that take inspiration from the anime adaptation of Mugen Train. Instead of being curious, you can immediately see the new trailer below:
Despite taking inspiration from Naruto Storm, it seems that the combo variations in this game are more limited, such as how the finisher animation at the end of the combo has so far only accommodated consecutive attacks, and unlike in Naruto Storm which has more than one variation.
With the addition of a second version of Tanjiro that uses the Hinokami Kagura technique, it looks like the rest of the roster on display will include characters from the Demon race like Rui to Akaza. If the game ends successfully, it is possible that CyberConnect2 will follow the same pattern as Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm, where the game series continues to follow the progress of the anime until the end.
When is the Game Released?
For those who can’t wait for the game, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Hinokami Keppuutan is scheduled for release this year. For the platform, this game will be available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam.
