This hero mage with galactic elemental powers is called Yve the Astrowarden, which at first glance is very similar to Zhask. The reason is, Yve is Zhask’s mortal enemy and the two races have been at war for centuries.

Yve the Astrowarden’s Skills
Passive Skill: Galactic Power
Yve will gain Galactic Power when attacking enemies using his skills. Each stack of this skill, will add 2% of Yve’s movement speed, with a maximum limit of 10 stacks.
When forming a galactic field, all Galactic Power will be reset, adding the ultimate cast number and removing the increase in Movement Speed obtained.
Skill 1: Void Blast (AoE)
Yve detonates Galactic energy in the area, dealing 250/290/330/370/410/450 Magic Damage to the target at 250/290/330/370/410/450 (+120% total Magic Power).
Targets in the middle of the area will be slowed by 60% for 0.8 seconds.

Skill 2: Meteor Fall (CC)
Yve summons a meteor to the target area, dealing Magic Damage to the target of 140 / 160 / 180 / 200 / 220 / 240 (+24% total Magic Power).
If used again, the meteor will deal magic damage of 70/80/90/100/110/120 (+12% total magic power) every 0.3 seconds and slow the target by 30% for 3 seconds.
Ultimate Skill: Real World Manipulation (Burst, Interrupted)
Yve forms a chessboard-like star field in the target area that lasts for 10 seconds. During this period, he can cast his ultimate 15 times.
There are two ways to use skills: tap and slide.
If tapped, his ult deals 350 / 450 / 550 Magic Damage in the star field area (+155% total Magic Power).
If on a slide, his ult deals 150 Magic Damage (+24% Total Magic Power) every 0.5 seconds to targets in the area, and gives a slow effect of 60% for 2 seconds.
During this period, Yve is immune to airborne effects. When controlled, his star field would not disappear, but he would not be able to use skills. The star field will disappear when it is pressed.
Yve Skill Review and Analysis
Yve is arguably one of the coolest heroes to use.
Yve’s 1st skill itself has a low cooldown and can help him get the stack. While Skill 2, Meteor Fall, can produce continuous damage; very useful for cleaning minions.
Ultimate is arguably the most overpowered. If used correctly, this ultimate is very accurate. you guys are enough tap enemies to deal damage, and slides towards the enemy if they try to escape. However, you will need the help of tanks to avoid the enemy when cast.
