IEL University Super Series 2021 Starting Soon! What Division and Who is the Strongest University?

Indonesia Esports League University Super Series 2021 itself is the 3rd Season which at that time was the first largest University-level Esports League Event in Indonesia, better known as the League, namely IEL, which started in 2019 which was organized by MIX360 Esports together with Ligagame Esports. TV as Official Broadcast and directly supported by KEMENPORA, AESF, IESPA, and also FORMI.

Starting from the first season, IEL itself always brings two game divisions to be contested, PC Games & Mobile Games. In the first season, IEL competed DOTA 2 for PC Games and also Mobile Legends: BangBang for Mobile Games which was participated by 12 universities on the island of Java with a fairly long phase. Starting from qualifications from each University, Group Stage, to the Playoffs, this event itself is always held for approximately 3 months.

In Season 1, at that time all Title Champions were successfully brought home by Binus University from Jakarta for the Dota 2 and MLBB divisions which also both met with Universitas Multimedia Nusantara (UMN) in the Final round. Starting from the first season, the euphoria of this event was already quite exciting, at that time many universities were waiting for this event to be held again.

For its 2nd Season, MIX360 Esports as the Organizer with Ligagame Esports TV held another prestigious event which is arguably the largest on a university scale. But unfortunately starting from Season 2, IEL must be held online due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In Season 2 this time there was also a different game division for the Mobile division, namely Free Fire and also increased the number of participants to 24 universities in Indonesia, which at that time the title of Champion Binus University for the Dota 2 division was successfully brought by Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) and Jakarta State University (UNJ) which successfully won the title for the Mobile division in the Free Fire game.

Still not satisfied with the two seasons that have gone smoothly, MIX360 is still with Ligagame again holding this event in its 3rd Season but is still playing online seeing the COVID-19 pandemic which is also not over. The great thing is that this time IEL added the number of participants to 36 universities in Indonesia with a total Prizepool which was also expanded to 300 million Rupiah! This event itself is still eagerly awaited by many universities in Indonesia. In Season 3, the games being competed are Dota 2 which has become the icon of this event for PC Games and PUBG: Mobile for its Mobile Games.

This event itself will last for approximately 3 months (still the same as the previous seasons) which will begin on January 19, 2020 while still paying attention to health protocols from the government in dealing with COVID-19, and opening with Match DOTA 2 between Binus University vs Universitas Bunda Mulia (UBM) and was cast by Coki Pardede and Tretan Muslim as the Opening Event!
