Invictus Gaming Becomes the First DPC China Team to Qualify for the Singapore Major

Invictus Gaming (IG) is China’s representative to one of the biggest events at the 2021 Dota Pro Circuit (DPC 2021), the ONE Esports Singapore Major. The Chinese Dota2 team confirmed one ticket after winning the match against PSG with a score of 2-1. The Invictus Gaming lineup manned by JT-, Emo, kaka, Oli and flyfly performed impressively in the first DPC China 2021 Upper Division Season. They showed extraordinary performances, including succeeding in overthrowing teams labeled as Chinese megastars such as Elephant, EHOME, as well as Vici Gaming. In addition, Su “super” Peng’s squad even recorded several comeback wins throughout the competition.

A perfect 5-0 winning record made Invictus Gaming unable to be overtaken by competitors such as Team MagMa and LBZS, which had suffered too many defeats.

Until last week there was one more team, Beastcoast from the SA region (South America), but they lost so the match record was 6-1.
