Karakin Ready to Appear in PUBG Mobile!

Good news for PUBG Mobile players. Tencent, which recently released PUBG Mobile version 1.3.0 beta, apparently also includes a new map. This map will be a new arena that is fun to explore, play and of course with a new strategy. This map is quite special for several reasons, besides this map will also include new weapons that you can use.

This new map that will greet PUBG Mobile players is called Karakin! The map that has been on the PC version of PUBG since early 2020 can finally be enjoyed on PUBG Mobile a year later. This map, which carries the theme of arid regions in North Africa, will become a new battlefield in PUBG Mobile.

Karakin is not a big map, the size of this map is only 2×2 Km2, this size is small, you know, when compared to Sanhok, then this map is only half the size! Because this map is not very big, players who can fight here are also limited to 64 players, not 100 as usual.

With a smaller size, players will automatically do battle more often and there will be armed contact with the enemy! This will certainly make the game more tense and certainly more challenging to get a “Chicken Dinner” at Karakin!

As mentioned above, this takes inspiration from the deserts/arid regions of North Africa, so don’t be surprised if this map has a lot of open areas with few trees, similar to Mitamar, but on a smaller scale! In addition, this map also provides several settlements/small towns scattered around this map.

In addition to the Karakin map, PUBG Mobile beta 1.3.0 also provides several new updates, some of which are a weapon called the Panzerfaust and several vehicles that can be tried in this beta version. Judging from PUBG on PC, this Panzerfaust is an exclusive weapon in Karakin. The form of this weapon is a rocket launcher that has a strong destructive power. In the real world this weapon is a weapon to destroy tanks aka anti-tank used by the German army!

Although it is not clear when this patch will officially come out, but if you look at the timeframe, it looks like this patch will come out together with season 18. Given that season 17 will end soon in mid-March.

This Kakarin map is planned to be introduced to the general public at the PUBG Mobile Global Championship (PMGC) show yesterday. But unfortunately after the test, there were several players who were positive for COVID-19 so the performance, which was planned to be played live, changed its format to no face-to-face.

Well, hopefully this map can provide a new challenge for PUBG Mobile players to hunt chickens in a more exciting and tense way!
