Many PC Players Complain Worse Performance After Patch 1.2 Cyberpunk 2077

Starting from a game that received super high enthusiasm and has entered a development period for two generations of consoles, who would have thought that Cyberpunk 2077 would end up as a game that failed to meet fans’ expectations. Marketed as a futuristic open-world game that is very ambitious, the final product ends up being very disappointing especially with so many technical problems that ruin the playing experience.

Fortunately CD Projekt Red is not standing still and is committed to supporting the game with the release of patch fixes and new expansion content. Following the delay Patches 1.2 Due to a company data leak, the long-awaited update has finally been officially released. This latest patch brings a lot of improvements and the addition of Ray-Tracing support for AMD, but not a few players, especially on the PC platform, are complaining about poorer performance.

From the Patch 1.2 discussion thread on Reddit, many players reported that they experienced various new problems after installing Patch 1.2 such as the Black Screen, more frequent crashes, and also poorer game performance. Of course this is not experienced by all players, because there are most others who find that some of the bug problems have disappeared.

CD Projekt Red certainly still needs more effort to continue to improve the quality of the game, and Patch 1.2 is a big first step for them to make Cyberpunk 2077 a game that meets fans’ expectations.

For those of you who are curious about the game Cyberpunk 2077 has been officially released and can be played on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Google Stadia and PC.
