MEGA MAN X DiVE Presents New Update, Adds Classic Boss Raider Killer and Drill Man

If you are a gamer who grew up in the era of the classic NES console, the name Mega Man must be familiar. Debuting as one of the best and most iconic platformer games of its time, Mega Man is still remembered by many loyal fans. Apart from addictive gameplay, unique and challenging level designs, to puzzle elements that always sharpen the brain, Mega Man also always manages to bring new breakthroughs from each game series release.

One of the newest releases that has attracted the most attention is MEGA MAN X DiVE, where this game is a mobile release that brings many distinctive elements from the Mega Man X series. After being officially released last year, this game continues to receive support through a variety of interesting content. Not long ago, Capcom Taiwan finally brought a major overhaul to the game and introduced a variety of new content. The new content itself includes increased character levels, new stages, the addition of two classic bosses namely Raider Killer and Drill Man.

Drill Man and Raider Killer Classic Boss Presence in BOSS Challenge

The new content that is in the spotlight this time is definitely the addition of two classic bosses in the BOSS Challenge mode. The first boss is Drill Man, and he is a formidable foe who made his debut in Mega Man X4. Even though he only served as an ordinary construction worker at the beginning, Drill Man later turned into a formidable Reploid fighter type modified by Dr. Willy. Drill Man’s strength lies in his ability to change attack modes with a drill. Besides having a flexible combat style, Drill Man can also hide in the ground and wait for the best moment to launch a counterattack.

As for Raider Killer, he is the iconic boss of the Mega Man X2 series as the guardian of the “Central Computer Stage” area. He is a boss who can shoot laser bullets and maintain his position in the air, but at the same time can also create a kind of shield to protect himself from frontal attacks. Adapting to his fighting style is the only way to defeat Raider Killer.

Along with the presence of this new boss, there is also a Sprayer type weapon that you can get as well. When using the weapon, you can fire three drill/drill missiles to penetrate objects. A weapon that is certainly very useful for use in PVE and PVP modes.

Break through New Levels and Again Face the BOSSRUSH Challenge

This update also brings a new chapter and the return of the BOSSRUSH challenge mode

As part of the latest update, you can now strengthen your character to level 130. In addition, new stages in normal mode for Chapter 13 “Snow Base” and hard mode for Chapter 11 “Oil Field” will also be released. The return of the “BOSSRUSH” mode is also the right moment for players to get an extra challenge to play and a commensurate reward.
