Pro Gamers From Korea Dominate Overwatch League OWL Competition In Los Angeles

The Overwatch League (OWL) has completed its first week. And the team, which had Korean pro players, dominated all matches. This was clearly seen when it came to day 4 of the league, New York Excelsion, London Spitfire and Seoul Dynasty wiped out all matches.

The three teams consist of only Korean players in their roster.

Even though out of the 12 teams participating in the Overwatch League, only 1 team is based in Korea, namely the Seoul Dynasty, but many other teams have Korean players, even all team members are Korean gamers such as London Spitfire and New York Excelsion.

The dominance of gamers from Korea is not surprising, because overwatch is very popular there. Overwatch competitions are also very often held in this ginseng country. In the overwatch open competition a while ago in Korea, more teams registered than the rest of the world combined. In addition, more Korean overwatch players choose to play seriously and want to become pro players compared to other places in the world.

So naturally, in OWL or Overwatch League, we can see the dominance of Korean players in it.
