PUBG Mobile Strengthens Grip through Collaboration with “Mission Impossible: Fallout”

The Original Mobile Battle Royale game, PUBG Mobile, gets related content from the latest Paramount Pictures and Skydance Media films, starting today

LOS ANGELES, August 10, 2018 – PUBG MOBILE developed by Tencent Games and PUBG Corp. adapted from PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, the Original Battle Royale game on PC and Xbox One has become a phenomenon that amazes the world entertainment interactive in 2017.

A game involving 100 players will parachute onto an 8×8 km island for battle where the winner will take it all! Players must find and retrieve their own weapons, vehicles, and supplies, and defeat all other players in sight. In addition, the battlefield is designed to make players enter the smaller Play Zone.

As part of a one month campaign PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds Mobile (PUBG MOBILE), Tencent Games has teamed up with a new film,”Mission: Impossible – Fallout” which has been in theaters since July 25, to bring new in-game content inspired by the film. The update is finally available, and comes just in time for PUBG MOBILE players.

“Nothing is impossible for PUBG MOBILE, the world’s most popular Battle Royale Mobile game – even collaborating with franchise iconic films like “Mission: Impossible,” according to PUBG MOBILE General Manager Vincent Wang.

In addition, PUBG MOBILE also provides a “Mission: Impossible – Fallout” theme in the game and several features in its latest update, including:

  • “Mission: Impossible – Fallout” Takeover – Players will experience new background music and a parachute theme adapted to the film;
  • Special In-Game Rewards – Players can exchange this movie-themed item for a “Mission Impossible – Fallout” avatar that can be used throughout the campaign;
  • All-New Challenges – Players can compete in challenges in Team Rush, Survival and First-Person Perspective modes for various rewards.
