Resident Evil Village Will Release New Demo, PC Will Also Get It!
Capcom’s preparation for releasing Resident Evil Village is now in its final phase. Through the latest announcement from the Resident Evil Showcase presentation event yesterday, they seem to have succeeded in increasing the enthusiasm of fans who can’t wait to see the continuation of Ethan Winters’ adventure. There has been a lot of new information being shared, with the most eye-catching being the release of the second demo version of the game in the near future.
So Capcom confirmed that they will be releasing their second demo for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 on April 17 tomorrow, with pre-load access starting to become available today. This demo version gives players the opportunity to explore the village and castle areas with a time limit of up to 60 minutes. Access will be extended to 24 hours when this demo version is released on all other platforms in early May.
In addition to the new demo version, Capcom also announced the presence of “The Mercenaries” mode in this eighth series. The mode that can be unlocked after completing the game gives players the opportunity to put their skills to the test by facing a series of dangerous missions. In addition to providing extra replayability, Mercenaries is a mode that does offer exciting gameplay mechanics and is quite in demand by many fans.
Regarding the game itself, Resident Evil Village is the latest sequel to Resident Evil VII which tells the continuation of the story of Ethan Winters. Due to a new incident involving him with Chris Redfield, he must return to a new nightmare in a mysterious and dangerous village. Still presenting gameplay with a First-Person perspective, this game presents a new overhaul starting from a wider world setting/playground, smoother graphics on next-gen platforms, and much more.
