Rex Regum Qeon Successfully Becomes the Champion and Enters the Main Event Round of GESC Indonesia Dota2 Minor

Rex Regum Qeon or RRQ finally managed to become the champion of the GESC Indonesia Qualifier, so that they were entitled to become the 8th team, or the first Indonesian team to enter the Valve Dota 2 Pro Circuit event. In yesterday’s Grand Final, Rex Regum Qeon managed to beat the Alter Ego team by 3:1

Alter Ego, shocked the Indonesian gamers community, when in the Group Stage, became the group winner, defeating RRQ and The Prime NND. As for Rex Regum Qeon, his journey at the beginning of the qualifiers was a bit tight, when he had to fight in the lower bracket to win the last group B slot to the Playoffs.

In yesterday’s semifinal, Rex Regum Qeon or RRQ , managed to beat Evos Esports by 2:1 through a very tight battle, which took almost 4 hours.

Meanwhile, in the other semifinal, Alter Ego made another surprise by defeating one of the strong candidates for the championship, namely the Boom.ID team, also with a score of 2:1.

So that Alter Ego will meet again with RRQ in the Grand Final. In the first game, Alter Ego made another surprise, when they won 1:0 first from the RRQ team.

However, with competitive experience and a very strong mentality, RRQ managed to turn things around to 3:1 and become the champion of this GESC Indonesia Qualifier.

Thus, the Indonesian dota 2 team, Rex Regum Qeon, will represent Indonesia in the minor GESC Indonesia Main event. At the main event later, Rex Regum Qeon or RRQ has been awaited by several strong teams from other regions such as Evil Geniuses, Navi, Fnatic, VGJ.Thunder, Infamous, Iceberg Esports and The Final Tribe.
