Team EG Successfully Entered Dota 2 Final EPICENTER Moscow 2017 After Defeating Team Secret

Meeting in the Semi-Finals of EPICENTER Moscow 2017, Team Evil Genius managed to beat Team Secret in a landslide with a score of 2-0. With this result, Team Evil Genius is certain to secure their position in the Grand Final to meet Liquid or LGD.FY.

In Match 1, the Evil Genius team used Drow Ranger as a Carry, which was certainly used by Arteezy, who was the Carry of the EG team. As for the Secret team, they rely on Phantom Assassin as their Hard Carry, played by Mental Protector.

For Midlane, the EG team used the Hero Obsidian Destroyer played by SumaiL and for the Secret Midone team, they used Ember Spirit. One of the causes of the Secret team’s defeat was that SumaiL managed to do LH up to 2x than LH Midone. Although at first the Secret team managed to claim Aegis for the first time, but slowly they lost in terms of Net Worth. Every war, they are very difficult with OD who play neatly and hard.

Finally it all ended during the war where 4 Secret team heroes were hit by the Ultimate skill from Puck and Warlock’s deadly Combo instantly killed off the Secret team which ended in the destruction of the Secret team’s Barracks and GG was called!!

In Match 2, the uniqueness of the Evil Genius team did not change its line up much. The only thing that changed was Hero OD to Lina. While in the Secret team, Hero PA remains an option while Ember Spirit is replaced by Razor.

Learning from Match 1’s mistakes, the Secret team tried to hinder Drow Ranger’s development by playing Tri-Lane. Unfortunately, again, Midone has to admit SumaiL’s greatness in Mid Lane. This can be seen by the presence of the Secret team’s support to continue to support Razor so that he can get along with Lina.

This time it was the EG team that managed to get Aegis after the Roshan War which was won by Team EG with the death of 4 Heroes from the Secret team. With the distance of Net Worth from the EG team, the Secret team slowly had to let their Towers be destroyed one by one.
