Team Spirit Recruit All Roster Dota 2 Yellow Submarine

Even in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, Dota 2’s competitive action continues even though it is not held on a LAN. The year 2020 has indeed been the most challenging time for professional players and teams, organizations and sponsors for this MOBA scene. Before Valve released the latest patch, several organizations had reorganized or even disbanded (disbanded) their teams.

However, this difficult situation has become an opportunity for organizations to recruit or assemble a potential team of players who have lost their status as free agents. This step is taken Team Spirit who reached an agreement to form a new Dota2 roster of former Yellow Submarine members.

Team Spirit announced that the members of the Yellow Submarine squad would rejoin under the same banner. Yellow Submarine did show promising potential through their work, such as when they faced the Nigma team, Ninjas in Pajamas, and the recently disbanded star-studded team, Just Error.

Yellow Submarine managed to finish in the top four at the Dota Summit 13 Online: Europe / CIS at the end of last November, thus advancing to the finals. Compositionally, the Yellow Submarine roster has a good balance of young talents like Ilya “yatoro” Mulyarchuk, Alexander “TORONTOTOKYO” Khertek, Magomed “collapse” Khalilov, plus experienced players Yaroslav “Miposhka” Naidenov and Vitaliy Oshmankevich.

This new Team Spirit roster will make its first debut at 12pm CT against Live to Win in BTS Pro Series Season Four: Europe/CIS’ third phase. They are joined in one bracket with Vikin.gg, and Spider Pigzs. Of course it will be very interesting to see how they perform.
Meanwhile, according to Valve’s November blog, the new Team Spirit squad will compete in Tier 1 events until the new 2021 DPC season begins which is scheduled to roll on January 28, 2021.

With more and more teams in the European region and online tournaments between old and new teams, the new Team Spirit roster is one of the most promising to watch.
