Black Shark 2 Pro Released in Indonesia in October

Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro has been officially released in Malaysia some time ago. The release of this gaming phone took place at the Quill Convention Center, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The release of the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro in the neighboring country made Indonesians wonder, when? Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro releases in Indonesia?

But the question was finally answered. Through an interview during the release event in Malaysia, Black Shark Global’s Vice President of Marketing, Yang Sun, said that they are currently waiting for the TKDN process which is ongoing. If this process has been completed, the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro will soon be released in Indonesia. The TKDN (Domestic Content Level) process is a new regulation set by the Indonesian government regarding mobile phones that have a 4G network and above, must go through the TKDN process of 30 percent.

That means that at the latest in October the Black Shark 2 Pro will be present in the Indonesian gadget market.

Besides Black Shark Pro 2, it is said that later they will also release Black Shark 2 Regular in Indonesia. Regarding the price for the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 and Regular mobile phones, the price is not much different from the price priced in Malaysia, namely the Black Shark 2 Pro for the 12 GB RAM version / 128 GB ROM for 2,499 ringgit or the equivalent of 8.4 million rupiah and the RAM variant 12 GB / 256 GB ROM for 2,999 ringgit or 10.1 million rupiah.
