The OLED Switch weighs 320g lighter, while the Steam Deck weighs twice as much at 669g. For battery problems, Switch OLED is also superior by around 4.5 hours to 9 hours depending on your playing activities. While the Steam Deck is only able to run from 2 hours to 8 hours depending on your playing activities.

Screen Resolution Difference between Steam Deck and Nintendo Switch OLED:

For the screen and resolution, both have a 7-inch screen size. The difference is, if the OLED Switch is capable of displaying a resolution of 720p to 1080p with 60 fps. But unfortunately the Nintendo Switch OLED does not have 4K resolution support either on the console screen itself or even if you connect it to a TV.
