Fortnite Season 4 Definitely Not Available on All Apple Devices – This has been confirmed by Epic Games. Fortnite chapter 2 season 4 will definitely not be available on Apple devices.

Currently, the relationship between Epic Games and Apple is in a bad state. After previously Apple was known to have removed the Fortnite Mobile game from the App Store for claiming that Epic Games had violated App Store policies. As a result of this problem, Epic Games made several truces that cornered Apple.

Recently, Epic Games announced that the 14.00 Fortnite update, Chapter 2 season 4, will not be coming to all Apple devices. Which means all players using iPhone, iPad, Mac or iOS and macOS systems will not be able to enjoy this update. The plan is Chapter 2 Season 4 Fortnite will be released on August 27, 2021.

Apple has blocked your ability to update Fortnite on the App Store, and has said they will terminate our ability to develop Fortnite for Apple devices. As a result, Chapter 2 – Season 4 (v14.00) will not release on Apple devices on August 27.

Maybe you think that what Epic Games is doing is too cruel. But the real reason is, Fortnite currently can’t access Apple users’ games at all. So that updates and installations of the Fortnite game cannot reach Apple users.

This is not Epic Games’ fault, but this problem really started with Epic Games. Because they do violate existing policies in the App Store. Epic Games said that a 30% fee cut for every purchase of apps and in-game items was too expensive. Therefore they changed their payment system which makes players pay directly to Epic Games. Apple claims that it is illegal to remove Fortnite from the App Store.

Basically Apple still wants to bring Fortnite back to the App Store. But Epic Games have to follow the rules that are in the App Store. Apple will also not provide special rules or discounts for Epic Games. Meanwhile, Epic Games could return to the payment system via the App Store. But there is a chance it will undermine the arguments they have made in a recent lawsuit in US District Court.
