Indonesia and Korea Sitting Together in Second Place in the 2018 Asian Games Esports Exhibition
In the first Esports event at the Asian Games, the Chinese team became the overall champion after winning a total of 2 gold and 1 silver. While Indonesia and Korea won the same number of medals, namely a total of 1 gold and 1 silver. This is a very good achievement for Indonesia.
Because Indonesia can stand as strong as a country that is very famous in the world in the field of esports, namely Korea.
For the next order, Hong Kong and Japan each won 1 gold medal, followed by Chinese Taipei with 2 silver medals and 1 bronze.
Next in line is Iran, which won 1 silver medal, followed by Vietnam with 4 bronze medals and India with 1 bronze medal.
Indonesia won a gold medal in the Clash Royale number, when Ridel “Benzer” Sumarandak defeated the world’s strongest player from China. For the Silver medal, it was obtained by Hendry Koentarto “Joethree” Handisurya in the Hearthstone number.
By occupying the top position together with China and Korea, it can be said that Indonesia has achieved very good achievements.
China got 2 gold medals from Arena of Valor and League of Legends. While 1 silver medal was won by China from the Clash Royale number.
