MARVEL Future Fight enters the Age of Apocalypse

Netmarble Games Corp., Asia’s leading mobile game company, today released the latest update to the hit action RPG MARVEL Future Fight. This update features three new characters, namely Cable, Quicksilver, and Scarlet Witch, as well as four new Age of Apocalypse uniforms for Beast, Cyclops, Rogue, and Wolverine. The addition of a new character, Super Villain Apocalypse, and two new uniforms will also arrive at the end of this month.

In this update, MARVEL Future Fight enhanced the in-game World Boss content by adding “Age of Apocalypse”, a new theme that invites players to come face to face with the newly added characters.

The World Boss difficulty setting has changed with the “World Boss Beginner” for new players. The condition that prevented players from entering World Boss and World Boss Beginners on certain days has also been removed. In addition, one of the available World Bosses will be made a Special World Boss which provides additional rewards if defeated.

In addition, players will also have new content called “Boost Points” to earn extra rewards and reduce Energy usage. Not only that, SHIELD Lab Converter also gets a change in the form of changing the Converter feature to Processor. In this feature, the material used to make new items has been added. As the Processor level goes up, the items that can be exchanged and the item creation success rate also increases.

List of new characters joining MARVEL Future Fight:

Quicksilver – The Scarlet Witch’s brother who has high speed and lightning-fast reflexes.
Scarlet Witch – Quicksilver’s sister with “magic” abilities that can change reality.
Cables – Son of Cyclops and Jean Grey. He has strong psychic abilities and has been infected by a Techno-Organic virus that turns parts of his body into machines. He was sent to the future to cure the virus, but he merged with the virus when he returned to the present as a powerful warrior.
Apocalypse – A mutant who was born 5,000 years ago and can control his body into a molecular shape to change shape. He believes in the adage “the strongest wins” and has attempted to rule the world several times only to be defeated time and time again by the X-Men (playable characters after the next minor update).
