PC Used In PGL Major Krakow 2017 Getting Complaints From Several Players

The 2017 PGL Major Krakow tournament received complaints from several players who stated that the PC they were using was not good enough to be used in a Major class tournament.

PGL as the organizer of Major Krakow 2017 is the computer provider for this tournament. According to the specifications we got, it seems that the PC used is quite disappointing because it only uses an old type i5 processor.

Nikola “NiKo” Kovač from FaZe Clan is one of the players who made a complaint to the tournament committee which will start on July 16, 2017. In addition, Marcelo “coldzera” David from SK Gaming also felt this when trying to use a PC provided by PGL.

After an update made by the CS:GO game, it seems that this might affect PC performance, which makes the game sometimes experience a drop in FPS in the middle of a match. Whereas last year this PC was still quite capable and did not get any significant complaints from the players.

Hopefully this PC problem does not have a significant effect on the way 2017 PGL Major Krakow tournament.
