RRQ Beats Happy Feet And Becomes Third Place From IGC 2017
The Rex Regum Qeon or RRQ team managed to beat a strong team from the Philippines, namely Happy Feet in the race for the 3rd place in the Indonesia Games Championship by Telkomsel GamesMAX. Thus, the dota 2 team from Indonesia is entitled to take home the prize money of 30 million rupiah.
In a very exciting match last night at the Kartini Hall, the Rex Regum Qeon team managed to beat one of their rival teams in Southeast Asia, namely Happy Feet from the Philippines. This victory occurred in the struggle for the 3rd place in the Indonesia Games Championship tournament by Telkomsel GameMAX.
Previously, the team, better known as RRQ, failed to advance to the final round, after being defeated in the semifinals by their strong competitor, the EVOS Esports team. Meanwhile, Happy Feet, in the semifinals, was defeated by the Boom.ID team which eventually became the champion in this prestigious tournament.
The defeat of foreign teams such as Happy Feet and Pew Pew, by teams from Indonesia, is a sign that the quality of the Indonesian team’s dota 2 game is growing very rapidly. Previously, the EVOS and RRQ Teams managed to advance to the final round of the Manila Master SEA Open Qualifier.
