Shin Megami Tensei 3: Nocturne Remaster Release Date Announced!

In recent years, the remaster project has indeed become a fairly profitable business for game developers. There are lots of old games that finally got remastered versions and got a positive response from fans. No wonder so many game developers are getting interested in this remastered project.

One of them is Atlus with Shin Megami Tensei 3: Nocturne. Atlus’ progress in the past year is undeniable, they even released Persona 4: Golden on the PC platform recently and sold well in the market. Despite all that, it turns out that Atlus has prepared another remaster project.

This remaster project was first announced at the Nintendo Direct event which was officially held recently. In this event, they officially introduced Shin Megami Tensei III Nocturne HD Remaster. In addition, at this event, they have officially announced the release date of Shin Megami Tensei V.

It’s been 17 years since its first release on the PlayStation 2 console, Atlus will re-release Shin Megami Tensei 3: Nocture in HD Remaster format. Not much different from the previous version, this one game only offers better resolution and visualization than before.

Ready for release next May

For those of you who don’t know, Shin Megami Tensei 3 itself has now launched for the Japanese market at the end of last year. Atlus was previously still reluctant to provide a release date for the western market of their game. But now, they are back and have officially announced the release date of the game.

Atlus officially announced that Shin Megami Tensei 3: Nocturne will release on May 25 for the western market. Furthermore, this one game is also planned to be released on the PC platform along with other platform versions.
