The Sinking City Developer Advises Players Not to Purchase the Game on Steam

Unlike most developers who ask players to buy the game, the developer from The Sinking City actually advises players not to buy the game.

Sayings from the developer is certainly surprising them. However, there is a reason why Frogwares as the developer said that.

according to information circulating, Frogwares said that they have not currently created a version that is now on Steam. Unfortunately, there is no further information about the intentions of the developer. But for sure, the words from them will affect the minds of players and also the maker.

Even so, Frogwares actually has a reasonable reason. Just for your information, they were involved in a problem with Nacon, which was formerly known as Big Pen Interactive. Nacon as the game publisher asked for all important assets from The Sinking City.

Unfortunately, Frogwares refused this which made Nacon remove the name from this studio in packaging games. After the game was released on PlayStation 5, Frogwares said that they are the developer and publisher of this game. While the PlayStation 4 version has a different publisher so that version does not get updates.
