Released in 2004, Howl’s Moving Castle is a film adaptation of the novel of the same name by Diana Wynne Jones. It is an anime by Miyazaki and Studio Ghibli that was released exactly four years after Howl’s Moving Castle. Ponyo tells the story of a baby fish who wants to turn into a human so that he can continue to be with Sosuke. Ponyo adapted from the story The Little Mermaid by Hans Christian Andersen.
