The popularity of Street Fighter cannot be separated from someone named Yoshinori Ono as the producer of the game. Because, thanks to him, SF was able to be known by many people.
However, bad news hit the game. The reason is, Yoshinori Ono chose to leave without mentioning the reason for leaving the producer position. Furthermore, Ono left a message for the continuation of the Street Fighter series.

Furthermore, Ono did not explain in detail the reasons for his departure from his position as producer of Street Fighter. However, the name Ono will still be kept in the minds of Street Fighter fans.
Previously, Ono did announce that he would be leaving Capcom right in the summer of this year. As promised, he finally left right on August 9, 2020.

Yoshinori Ono started his career in a project called Street Fighter. At that time, he was a Sound Designer in the Street Fighter Alpha 3 series before finally serving as an executive producer on Street Fighter 4. Not only that, Ono also participated in the development of several Capcom games such as Mega Man, Devil May Cry, and also Resident Evil.
Referring to existing data, Ono was last involved in the Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite which was released last September 2017. After that, he worked on Deep Down which was unfortunately canceled for some reason. He was also involved in working on Street Fighter V.
