FF VII Remake Intergrade Shares New Details From Villain Characters to Gameplay System
Square Enix is finally back with new details FF VII Remake Intergrade which this time focuses on some details regarding the content in the game. This includes the introduction of the villains/antagonists Nero and Scarlet, a cohesive-focused gameplay system, the new mini-game Fort Condor and Ramuh’s new summon.
First for the new villain character, FF VII Remake Intergrade brings Nero and Scarlet. Maybe some players are already familiar with Nero, because he is an antagonist character who has appeared in Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII like Weiss. He is an elite force in the Deepground known as the Tsviets and has the power to control darkness. Meanwhile, Scarlet, who appeared in the original FF VII Remake game last year, now appears as a boss battle using the Crimson Mare mainstay mecha robot. As the leader of Shinra’s Advanced Weaponary Division, Scarlet and her team were the ones who created the strongest Materia that happened to be the target of the Wutai group.
Turning to the gameplay system, FF VII Remake Intergrade this time focuses on the synergy between Yuffie and Sonon. So in addition to being able to fight individually, both of them can carry out reliable tag-team attacks when the ATB bar of each character is filled. In addition to attacks that rely on synergy, Yuffie and Sonon also have their own Limit Break which is the ultimate move that can be used after the yellow Limit Break bar is filled. Because it takes a long time to fill up, make sure to only use Limit Break at crucial moments, for example when a strong enemy or boss is in a Stagger position to deal extra damage.
There is also a new mini-game addition called Fort Condor. This is a mini-game that relies on strategy gameplay, where players must be able to create a base with a strong weapon and defense system. The ATB and Materia systems are included, where players can use ATB Charge to send units into battle, while Materia has a function as a skill that allows your unit to use magic.
While the last detail this time focuses on the latest summon, namely Ramuh. This old geezer who is also known as Lord of Levin is one of the most iconic summons in the Final Fantasy franchise. Ramuh’s ability lies in her power to control lightning, which she usually blows out like a deadly rain of magic with high damage potential and is difficult for any enemy to dodge.
In addition, along with the release of the game, players will also be able to download free DLC content in the form of three summons, three armors, and two accessories in a special Item Pack.
Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade is scheduled to be released on PlayStation 5 on June 10. This game will come with Yuffie story Episodes which can be downloaded separately for players who already have the original game on PlayStation 4.
