LifeAfter and Resident Evil Collaboration Has Brought Players Experience Two Post-Apocalypse Worlds Simultaneously

Last August 21, the collaboration between Resident Evil and LifeAfter was announced to the public. This event has been running from August 28 to September 10. Since this first announcement, the team developer from NetEase continues to get positive feedback from fans. Because of this, LifeAfter soared up to the Top 10 of the App Store Grossing Chart in various regions.

Resident Evil is certainly a very famous name in gaming. This survival horror game series started in 1996, with more than 100 million units sold worldwide as of June 2020. LifeAfter is not far behind Resident Evil. This game is famous from the world image post-apocalypse with high detail and survival gameplay experience. Since its first release, LifeAfter has been downloaded 200 million times worldwide, and earned the title of the most competitive mobile game in various regions on Google Play for 2019.

Team developer from LifeAfter and Resident Evil have issued the following statement regarding the opportunity to work together in this collaboration event. “When the LifeAfter team first contacted us at Capcom last year, the two parties immediately reached an agreement. The event which lasted only for 2 weeks used a lot of advertisements on the streets of commercial districts in many cities. Taipei, Hong Kong, Jakarta and Shibuya ward in Tokyo are some of the places where this ad appears. In Jakarta, advertisements for the LifeAfter x Resident Evil collaboration have appeared in 20,000 Indomaret stores.
