LINE Games Announces 5 New Game Projects For Console, Mobile and PC!
Through the LPG 2021 presentation event held by LINE Games in South Korea this morning, they have officially announced if five new game projects which is devoted to consoles, mobile, and PC. Some of the games announced even support cross-platform access to unite the PC and mobile communities.
Minkyu Kim as CEO of LINE Games opened the event by explaining the focus of the Studio Alliance game development with other developers. The announcement of the five new games that they brought today is the result of this collaboration, and shows their efforts to achieve their main goal of “FUN & FAN”.
It looks like what we mentioned above, if there were five new games announced. The first game is The Vanshee, a new action RPG by Pixel Cruise. This game was developed on the basis of Unreal Engine 4 to create realistic graphics with a combo system gameplay with vivid action. There will be no character class to choose from, but players must create their own character and strengthen it by crafting to upgrading weapons. The Vanshee is scheduled to be released first on Steam Early Access this year.
The second announced game is Crystal Hearts 2: Compass of Dimension, a new RPG game developed with the Netmarble F&C team. Incidentally this is the sequel to the mobile RPG Crystal Hearts which was released in 2016, and will offer an overhaul of 3D graphics to the whole system of enhanced gameplay. Crystal Hearts 2 will take players on an adventure through a fantasy world called Arkan, which is full of surprises and exciting content to enjoy. This game is planned to be released on mobile in 2022.
Following Crystal Hearts 2, the next game announced is UNDECEMBER made by Need Games. Carrying the hack and slash RPG genre, this game was developed for PC and offers fantastic graphics quality based on Unreal Engine 4. In addition to thrilling action gameplay, UNDECEMBER is also ready to offer a complex system of items, skills, and character customization. Interestingly, this game will also be released on mobile in the fourth quarter of 2021 and supports cross-play with PC.
Moving on to the fourth game, for this one it is named Project HOUSEHOLD and is an RPG game by Studio Largo that was founded by LINE Games. Not many details were shared other than an explanation of the theme of the thrilling mystery story in Seoul.
As for the last game it was Quantum Knights by Space Dive Games. This game carries the third-person shooter genre with a combination of fantasy themes in the medieval era. The focus of this game lies in the shooter and action gameplay which is taken seriously to create an exciting gaming experience. For the release schedule, Quantum Knights will be available on PC in 2022 as an online game (Steam and LINE Games FLOOR).
