EHOME Becomes the Last Team to qualify for The Summit 6 Tournament


The Summit 6 regional qualifiers have completed all their matches, the Chinese team EHOME became the eighth or last team to secure a place in The Summit 6 summit after defeating LGD Gaming in the Chinese qualifier finals with a score of 3-1.

Before going to the final round of Chinese qualifier, EHOME managed to beat CDEC Gaming with a score of 2-0 in the quarter-finals and Invictus Gaming with a score of 2-0 in the semifinals. Meanwhile, LGD Gaming managed to beat its “brother” team LGD.ForeverYoung in the loser’s final with a score of 2-1.

In the final round, the veteran player and captain of the EHOME team, Zhang ‘LaNm’ Zhicheng, was the key factor in their victory. LaNm gave a surprise by using the hero carry usually used by his teammate Liu ‘Sylar’ Jiajun, and this strategy turned out to be right.

EHOME managed to complicate the defense of LGD Gaming, from the best-of-five match they had to run they managed to win with a score of 3-1. The Summit 6 LAN event will be held at BTS House, Los Angeles, California on November 16-20 and the prize pool is $100,000 (1.3 billion rupiah).
