FaZe Clan Withdraws From DreamHack Open Winter Tournament
The Faze Clan team withdrew from the DreamHack Open Winter tournament due to their busy schedule. The organizers immediately decided between Team Kinguin and Epsilon eSports as his replacement.
The two teams were chosen because in the Closed qualifier they were in second and third place. Both Team Kinguin (Poland) and Epsilon eSports (Sweden) will undergo a match prepared by the committee to determine which team will qualify to replace Faze Clan.
The Faze Clan team itself will compete in the iBUYPOWER Masters tournament on November 12-13, if they are in the top four of the IEM Oakland tournament they will wait on November 16-20. Faze Clan will also take part in the Esports Championship Series which runs until November 25, along with the DreamHack Open Winter from November 24-27.
FaZe Clan’s schedule is too tight this November, especially since the team has to travel all the way to Jönköping, Sweden to be able to participate in the DreamHack Open Winter tournament which provides a prizepool of $100,000.
