MMORPG Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds from Netmarble Will Release Soon on Mobile!

First debuted through the Dominion of the Dark Djinn series a decade ago, Ni no Kuni is a JRPG franchise that is quite well known throughout the world. A strong appeal through a beautiful fantasy world setting, an interesting storyline, to an art style with a Studio Ghibli touch are some of its strengths. Seeing the potential that can be pushed from this franchise, Netmarble finally collaborated with Level-5 developers to develop a new game entitled Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds.

This game, which carries the MMORPG genre specifically for mobile devices, has gone through a development period since 2019. After sharing a series of details from time to time, it looks like Netmarble is ready to release this game in the near future. The information is shared through their latest financial report which states that Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds will be released in the second quarter of this year (April – June).

Unfortunately, the release of this game is only limited to Japan, Korea, and Taiwan. So fans who are looking forward to the release of the global version must be patient waiting for further confirmation. However, given the high popularity of the franchise in the west, it’s possible that fans won’t have to wait long for a global version to be released.

Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds itself is a mobile MMORPG game that is ready to take players on an adventure in the new fantasy world of Ni no Kuni.
